Business and Marketing Specialist (Mount Prospect, IL)

Research market conditions in Illinois and Midwest areas and gather information to determine potential customers; promote Maestro Group’s services and explore growth options; collect data on competitors and analyze their prices, sales, and method of marketing and distribution; conduct market research and define competitive advantages of Maestro Group; collect and analyze data on customer demographics, preferences, and needs to identify potential markets for Maestro Group’s services and factors affecting service demand; conduct customer satisfaction survey to measure and assess customer satisfaction; perform data collection and research on current and future market trends to help Maestro Group determine its position in the marketplace; develop and implement procedures for identifying advertising needs; administer marketing campaigns; measure the effectiveness of marketing programs and strategies; prepare reports and make recommendation regarding potential markets, service demand, and pricing;

Bachelor’s degree in Market Research, Business Administration, or Communications plus 24 months full-time experience in the job or in marketing management required; must have knowledge of business and marketing principles; M-F 08am to 05pm; 40 hrs/wk.
